Water Bills

The Treasurer’s office handles all water & sewer billing. All utility services are billed in arrears on a quarterly basis. Final Bill: If you are moving in or out of a residence, please call for final bill.

We accept cash – It is not always possible to break large bills, as the office keeps minimal change on hand for security reasons. When paying with cash please bring in exact amount due or as close as possible.

Checks Or Money Orders

When using Checks or Money Orders – Make checks payable to St. Clair Township, include your phone number & parcel number of property.

Credit or Debit Cards

We accept credit and debit cards for in-office payments, as well as online bill payments through our website. Online, you can pay using a credit or debit card or electronically with a checking or savings account (ACH). Please note that fees apply.

Drop Box

Deposit Drop Box for your convenience, the Township has a drop box located in front of the Township Hall main entrance. Please use only checks or money orders when using the dropbox. Any payments made after 4:30 p.m. will be applied on the next business day; any amount not paid by the due date will go delinquent and does incur penalties and interest. Post mark is NOT accepted
