Duties as the Township Clerk include serving the Township Board as the keeper of all official records. The Township Clerk has custody of all records, books and papers of the Township. The Clerk must file & retain all certificates of oaths and other papers required to be filed in her office. 

The Township Clerk is responsible for the administration of elections and voter registration in accordinance with State & Federal Law. 

The Clerk also responds to requests for information in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act. 

Notary services are available Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Absentee ballot applications were sent out to our permanent list on March 12, 2019. 

The upcoming Election is forSt Clair Township residents that reside in theEast China School District area only.

Please note: If you are in the Marysville School District portion of theTownship you will NOT be voting in the May 7, 2019 Election.

In addition to regular office hours, Joyce will be in office Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 7 am to 3 pm if you wish to come in and get an absentee ballot or register to vote.
